Cancelation ,Refund, Return & Replacement Policy

Para Essence

At Para Essence, we are committed to delivering premium-quality fragrances and a reliable shopping experience. Please review our refund and replacement policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund or Return

A replacement or refund request will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged
  • The product is defective
  • The product received is incorrect
  • There is leakage or breakage during transit
  • An item is missing from the order

2. Reporting Timeline (Mandatory)

  • You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Requests raised after 24 hours of delivery will not be entertained under any circumstances.

3. Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any claim, the following are strictly mandatory:

  • A clear unboxing video, recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened
  • Photographs of:
    • The product
    • Inner packaging
    • Outer packaging (including shipping label)

⚠️ Important:
Claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products will be rejected without an unboxing video. This requirement is non-negotiable.


4. How to Raise a Claim

Please email us at: info@paraessence.com

Include:

  • Order ID
  • Registered name and contact number
  • Description of the issue
  • Unboxing video and required images

Our support team will review the claim and respond within a reasonable timeframe.


5. Tampered or Damaged Packages at Delivery

If the package appears tampered with, opened, or visibly damaged at the time of delivery:

  • Do not accept the package
  • Refuse delivery and inform the delivery partner immediately

Accepted deliveries with visible damage may not be eligible for refund or replacement.


6. Quality Control Assurance

  • All Para Essence products undergo strict quality checks before dispatch.
  • However, in rare cases of transit-related issues or packing errors, we assure fair resolution as per this policy.

7. Non-Returnable Items

  • Due to the nature of perfumes and personal care products, opened or used items are non-returnable.
  • Refunds or replacements are not applicable for:
    • Change of mind
    • Fragrance preference issues
    • Minor packaging variations that do not affect product usage

8. Final Decision Authority

  • Para Essence reserves the sole right to approve or reject any refund or replacement request.
  • Decisions will be based on verification of submitted proof and compliance with this policy.

 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are dispatched from our warehouse.

Once the order is dispatched, cancellation requests will not be accepted.

For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
